Couples can discover her services, begin their inquiry, and collaborate on their wedding, while Ledia manages the details through a dedicated owner workspace.

I want to take a moment and give a huge shout-out to the WebOrbit team, and specifically Shady Said, for everything that he’s done to make my website possible.
I consider myself to be a fairly old-school person, so a website was something on the back burner for such a long time. But Shady really showed me the value of having this website for all of my clients. And as a wedding planner, trying to juggle over 20 clients at a time can definitely be overwhelming, but he really made the process so easy.
He’s worked effortlessly. Anything that I wanted in my website, he was able to put it on there right away. And even things I didn’t even think about, he really showed me the value of having certain things available for my clients.
And I just want to give them a huge shout-out again for all the effort and making everything so beautiful and easy and so user-friendly.
The problem
Wedding planning brings together inquiries, appointments, vendors, budgets, documents, and countless details that change along the way. The challenge was to give Stanna Planning a polished online presence while connecting the practical work behind each wedding. The experience needed to stay approachable for couples and give Ledia clear control over her business.
The goal
Create one connected journey from discovering Stanna Planning to preparing for the wedding day. Couples needed a comfortable place to collaborate, and Ledia needed practical tools to manage clients, organize planning details, and decide which features each couple could access.
What we did
WebOrbit designed and developed a custom website, owner workspace, and shared client portal. The public website introduces Stanna’s services and showcases her work, while inquiry and consultation flows support the start of each client relationship.
Inside the platform, couples and their partners can collaborate on checklists, budgets, timelines, documents, messages, and vendor details. We also built wedding website creation, household RSVP management, meal selections, and seating tools that connect guest responses with wedding-day arrangements.
Tools & technology
React and TypeScript power the website and interactive portals. Node.js, Express, and MongoDB support the application and shared planning information. Socket.IO supports live conversations, while Stripe integration and automated email workflows connect payments and updates. Separate access permissions give owners, couples, and vendors the tools appropriate to their roles.

Stanna Planning has a connected website and planning workspace built around its services and daily workflow. Couples can keep their planning information together, while Ledia can manage client relationships, update website content, and control portal access through one system. The result is a consistent experience from the first inquiry through the wedding preparations.
A website that feels like Stanna
The public website brings Stanna’s personal approach into the digital experience through thoughtful typography, wedding imagery, clear service descriptions, and an approachable inquiry process. Ledia can update content and select portfolio media through her owner tools, keeping the website connected to her current work.
One shared space for every couple
Each wedding has a shared portal where couples and their partners can follow planning tasks, review documents, discuss decisions, and organize budgets and timelines. Ledia controls which tools are available, allowing the portal to reflect the couple’s package and the support they need.
A clearer view behind the scenes
Ledia’s owner workspace brings inquiries, client records, appointments, conversations, and payment information together. Follow-ups and tasks provide a clear place to track outstanding work, while calendar reservations and email history help her stay informed about upcoming commitments and client communication.
Guest responses connected to wedding day details
Couples can create a wedding website or use a standalone RSVP page. Guests respond for their household and select meals for each person. Those responses connect with guest management and seating arrangements, with meal choices included in table exports to help the wedding team prepare.
