Current use

We use essential storage to support sign-ins and meeting bookings. Google Analytics is optional and stays off until you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Essential only keeps optional analytics off. We do not use advertising cookies.

Essential sign-in and booking storage

Clients and WebOrbit's owner receive essential authentication cookies when they sign in to the private portal or inbox. These cookies keep the session secure, expire automatically, and are cleared when the person signs out. Browsing public pages does not create a sign-in cookie.

The meeting booking flow may keep a temporary retry reference in this browser tab so a repeated request can be recognized instead of creating a duplicate booking. It is used for booking reliability and is separate from optional analytics.

Optional analytics and your preference

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to measure public page visits, contact-option clicks, completed inquiries, and confirmed new meetings in aggregate. Contact form contents, booking details, private links, and portal information are excluded.

We save your choice in this browser so you are not asked on every page. When analytics is allowed, a temporary record in the browser tab helps us avoid counting the same confirmed meeting twice; meeting identifiers in that record are not sent to Google Analytics.

Optional campaign storage keeps approved platform, campaign, post, and public landing-page labels in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes. It can preserve the source while you move between public pages and include those labels with a completed inquiry or meeting for WebOrbit's owner. It excludes raw query strings and click identifiers and is cleared when you withdraw analytics permission.

Third-party websites

Our site links to product and client websites, WhatsApp, email services, and Google Meet. If you open one of those services, it may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own policy.

Your choices

Open Cookie settings in the footer to allow analytics or return to Essential only. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection and removes analytics cookies this site can access. Previously collected reports are not erased by changing the preference. Your choice applies to this browser; clearing its storage or using another browser may ask you again.

You can also block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, and blocking browser storage can affect booking retries or saving your preference.
